TRIGONOCÉFALO HALYS

Se alimenta de pequeños mamíferos. Los juveniles comen lagartos y artrópodos.
No posee un veneno muy activo.
Se encuentra validada por ITIS "Integrated Taxonomic Information System".
Se lo encuentra en las estepas que se extienden desde el Volga al Ural. También se encuentra en Tíbet, China, Corea, isla Riu-Kiu, Japón y Taiwán.
Consta de ocho subespecies.
